Hello friends, How was 2023 for you? Hope it was full of joy, love, freedom, growth and empowerment. For me, it was one full of change, transformation and growth. There are many powerful, lifelong lessons I learned in 2023. While it was a bumpy year, I am feeling extremely grateful and blessed for how it has all unfolded.
Great article, thanks for sharing Vincent. Inspiring stories and through-provoking ideas. I especially enjoyed the one about sitting in silence to quiet thoughts and be peaceful even in crowds.
One thing I learned in 2023 - very much related to what you say about being at stage G in the journey from A -> Z - is to remind myself that with any long-term project or practice that I am "building something". That, brick by brick, I am slowly putting the thing together - learning, improving, progressing - and actually what I really enjoy is not the finished "house", but the process, the simple act of putting the next brick on top of the last. And if I ever did "finish the house" or "make it to Z", I'd probably take a minute to stand back, admire the work, and then start right back at A. Kind of funny when you think about it like that :)
So wise Vinnie- love the lessons! We had a great year with you too 🫶
